Sportswomen Miesha Tate

 

Miesha Theresa Tate, born August 18, 1986 is an American mixed martial artist. She is a competitor in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) and was a former UFC Women's Bantamweight Champion. Tate was previously a part of Strikeforce and was the Strikeforce Women’s Bantamweight Champion. Tate was also vice president of ONE Championship. She currently ranks 10 in the UFC women's bantamweight rankings, as on the 3rd of October, 2022.



 



 Childhood and early life



 Tate was the daughter of Michelle Tate and Robert Schmidt. Tate was born in Tacoma, Washington. Being a typical teenager she was often socializing with the boys in her community on playgrounds.
